Founded by Tobin Lush in 2005, Rodeo is built on a hands-on approach where every team member is both creator and client contact. We believe great design stems from empathy, collaboration, passion, intelligence, and a personal commitment to purpose-driven solutions.

Why we’re not a B Corp

At Rodeo, we have a long history of climate-positive work, meaningful collaborations, pro bono initiatives, and direct environmental action. While we support businesses striving for sustainability, we believe B Corp certification can sometimes serve as greenwashing — offering a broad label without ensuring deep, systemic impact. Instead of focusing on certifications, we stay accountable through our work, partnerships, and real-world outcomes.
